"Z" Shares are available only to Investors: (i) who are firms which have a written agreement in place with the SICAV / the Manager or the Global Distributor or their duly appointed delegates, such as platform, distribution, fund link, investment or similar agreement; and (ii) the written agreement referred to in (i) above requires that the firm (or its nominee) be or will be the registered holder of such Shares.
